Thank you for using Datamago! These terms of service (“Terms”) cover your use and access to our services, websites, products, and features ("Services"). By using our Services, you’re agreeing to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you’re using our Services for an organization, you’re agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

Acceptance of These Terms

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. Datamago provides the information, products and services on the Site to you, conditioned upon your acceptance, without modification, of the Terms contained herein. Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement with such Terms.

You can determine when these Terms were last revised by referring to “UPDATED” legend at the top of these Terms. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks associated with the use of any forecasts, predictions, historical data, or any type of information or content ("Content") provided through the Services before making any decisions based on such Content. You agree not to hold Datamago or any Third-Party Provider liable for any possible claim for damages arising from any decision you make based on the Content or other information made available to you through the Service or any Third-Party Provider websites.

You will not, and will not allow third parties under your control to:

  • (a) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, decompile, translate, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract any or all of the source code of the Services;
  • (b) use the Services for High Risk Activities;
  • (c) sublicense, resell, or distribute any or all of the Services separate from any integrated Application;

Your Data

When you use our Services, you provide us with your files, content, and other information ("Your Data"). These Terms don’t give us any rights to Your Data, nor will we access or use your data except as necessary to offer the Services.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DATAMAGO AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS/LICENSORS AND ITS AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA, PROFITS OR OTHER INTANGIBLES.

Termination

You’re free to stop using our Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services with notice to you if:

  1. (a) you’re in breach of these Terms,
  2. (b) you’re using the Services in a manner that would cause a real risk of harm or loss to us or other users.

Discontinuation of Services

We may decide to discontinue the Services in response to unforeseen circumstances beyond Datamago’s control or to comply with a legal requirement. If we do so, we’ll give you reasonable prior notice so that you can export Your Data from our systems.
